This is Leadership?

A school head in Australia is under fire for remarks alleged to have been made to students. Parents are outraged, and more than five-dozen students at the Condell Park High School have staged a sit-in, questioning the principal's ethics and behavior.

The students claim they were being deliberately "picked on" by [principal Susie] Mobayed and her deputies Belinda Kelly and Ralph Moore.

They also said school rules were too strict, after pumpkin and sunflower seeds and mobile phones were banned and a uniform code was enforced.

"The way she talks to students is just wrong and really rude," student Samantha Brinfield said.

"She says things to us like 'I'm going to chop your heads off' and 'I'll rip your guts out and put them on the lawn'."

Students said they had to share textbooks and the school had no sick bay, yet Ms Mobayed spent school funds renovating an ensuite attached to her office.
