According to the map, increasing access to a burgeoning Internet over the next decade holds the promise of a watershed democratization of learning. Yet, at the same time, access to learning for children in poverty is under threat because of the growth of a new market-based learning economy. MySpace: Has the explosive growth of social networking created challenges for you or for a school leader in your network? Help is at hand. MySpace.com has developed a helpful how-to guide for school administrators and teachers. It covers cyber-bullying, inappropriate postings, etc., and provides direct phone/e-mail access to staff at MySpace should school leaders experience problems. I am looking for a research instrument for my dissertation research. I am interested in researching; the principal's perception as to what extent their training has prepared them for making decisions as they relate to NCLB and IDEA. Does anyone have any information?
