Program Evaluation
Continuous self-evaluation by program faculty and participants determines what value Academy programming adds to student achievement, what aspects of the curricula or educational experience make a difference, and what elements are unnecessary or minimally useful in helping all students learn to their maximum potential. External evaluators contribute formative feedback at various project stages and will provide a summative evaluation at project completion. Summative analysis by all parties throughout focuses on what is working and what may not be working.
