Program instructors are drawn from University of Michigan – Flint School of Education and Human Services and the Master in Public Administration program; National Center for Community Education staff; Superintendents, practicing principals and central office staff from local high-needs districts; external stakeholders such as the Michigan Department of Human Services, Michigan Department of Education, and the Urban League of Flint, and recommended consultants possessing real-world knowledge and expertise in urban and rural educational leadership.
