The ultimate measure of the Academy’s success will be the enhancement of student performance as determined by the Michigan Educational Assessment Program (MEAP). in schools where recent Academy graduates provide leadership. MEAP – administered annually – provides a common denominator in the state to measure how all Michigan students are doing on the same skills and knowledge.
