The Academy seeks to identify, recruit, train and support both aspiring and practicing high-, middle-, and elementary-school principals from within seven Genesee County (MI) high-needs K-12 urban and rural districts. The districts include Flint Community Schools, Beecher Community Schools, Bendle Public Schools, Carman-Ainsworth Community Schools, Westwood Heights Schools, Mt. Morris Consolidated Schools, and Genesee School District. The districts serve a combined total of approximately 35,000 students.
