Timeframe


The program follows the University of Michigan – Flint academic calendar consisting of Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters. The MPA program for aspiring principals represents a 39-semester hour graduate program consisting of 13 courses inclusive of a clinical practice requirement. Coursework for practicing principals working toward recertification consists of a three-credit hour course(s) within a semester. The program is scheduled to end in January 2006, when the NCLB grant expires. Alternative funding sources currently are being sought.
