Introduction
Coaching Leaders to Attain Student Success (CLASS) trains professional leadership coaches to work with novice and veteran principals. This training is available nationally. The New Teacher Center (NTC) also supports networks of school leadership coaches. The New Administrators Project (NAP) is a regional project that provides direct induction services to beginning principals. Providers are trained CLASS coaches.
