Definition of Leadership
The ISLLC Standards and dispositions serve as a framework for describing school leadership. The NTC’s approach to leadership development is eclectic, drawing upon a variety of definitions and visions of leadership. We believe that leadership must be nurtured among all members of the school community, including students, parents, community, teachers and administration.
