Coaching Leaders to Attain Student Success (CLASS) & New Administrators Project (NAP) | New Teacher Center | University of California - Santa Cruz
Activities: More Details
Training participants follow specific, real case studies of principals that include contextual information, genuine data, and video tape of coaching interactions. For example, in practicing leadership coaching skills, participants view video of a principal coachee, review 360° data about that coachee, review data about the coachee’s school, plan a coaching conversation, and engage in a role-play coaching interaction with that coachee.
