During the evening Executive Session a key note speaker addresses Academy members and distinguished guests on a subject related to the course topic. This is followed by the working session when class is held from 8:30am to 4:30pm over the next two days. Working sessions consist of small group work, class discussion, action planning, practice in a safe environment, networking, surveying best practices, and generating new knowledge.
