First Ring Leadership Academy | Cleveland State University in Partnership with the First Ring School Superintendents Collaborative
Staffing
The First Ring Superintendents Collaborative founded the Academy and serves as its governing board. The Academy team consists of the executive director, coordinator, program liaison, and Intern. The executive director builds relationships, generates funding, and sets the goals and vision of the Academy. The coordinator is responsible for the curriculum and relations with academy faculty. The program liaison assists with maintaining and building external relationships and interfaces with Academy contacts and funders. The Academy Intern position was established as a way of expressing gratitude to the generosity of the philanthropic community. The Academy’s Intern position is an investment in future leaders for the not-for-profit sector.
