First Ring Leadership Academy | Cleveland State University in Partnership with the First Ring School Superintendents Collaborative

Timeframe

The First Ring Leadership Academy conducts 11, 20-hour sessions, every six to seven weeks over 15 months. The Academy also conducts Saturday Immersion Seminars and Innovation Forums throughout the year on topics such as school funding and finance, student mobility, and the achievement gap as post-graduate support.
