Leadership Issues and Challenges
The Academy is organized around four major areas: teaching and learning, communication, climate and culture, and leadership. The challenges most commonly challenging administrators are: the growing numbers and issues related to special education and literacy, how to reach all the school audiences including the community while addressing the changing demographics of the buildings with the increasing demands and accountability of the position.
