In the leadership phase the school leader is to develop knowledge and understanding of his/her personal leadership style and its effect on the learning organization; the change process for systems, organizations, and individuals; the principles of developing and implementing the school’s strategic and continuous improvement and achievement plan; organizational structures that sustain continuous improvement for student learning; and emerging issues and trends that influence or impact the school community.
