Leadership Issues and Challenges

The program addresses leadership-development issues for all school leaders interested in improving student performance. The program focuses on the leaders’ individual skills and needs in order to be an example of leadership for the school organization, students, and the community. The real challenge is leading through change. The underlying challenges include determining what change needs to happen, how to direct it, and how to mobilize the organization through it.
