Program Goals


Participants will be able to:

  • 1. Develop continuous improvement strategies for themselves and for the organizations for which they act as leaders. Strategies include developing, implementing, evaluating and reporting on programs which will measure and improve student performance;
  • 2. Apply the principles of the Baldrige Criteria and the ISLLC standards to daily leadership practices in their buildings/districts; and
  • 3. Develop and maintain data-driven communications within their organizations, communities, and with colleagues focused on building learning communities which will cooperate to find, evaluate, implement, evaluate, and share best practices for the improvement of student achievement.
