Illinois Technology and Leadership for Change (ITLC) | Illinois State University | (Originally supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation)

Instruction

Instruction was designed by people from K-12, university faculty, and the business community. The program is supported by an advisory group of individuals from over 20 organizations invested in education in Illinois. Feedback from participants has been used to modify the content and the delivery of the materials. Instruction is designed to be delivered by three facilitators for each face-to-face workshop. All current facilitators are or have been effective school leaders. Facilitators train participating organizations’ leaders to be the next facilitators so that the program can be perpetuated by the organization.
