Obstacles

The current and enduring challenges for ITLC are twofold. One obstacle is uncovering how to create a program which has impact, meaning, challenge, and support for school leaders who come from such diverse backgrounds and with such expansive differences in skills. Another obstacle the program struggles with is the ability to expand and continue the program after the Gates funding ends.
