Illinois Technology and Leadership for Change (ITLC) | Illinois State University | (Originally supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation)
Strategies for Student Success
ITLC provides a framework, tools, and strategies for seeking the best practices in fostering student (and organizational) learning. It does not point to a “new-initiative” or “solve-all-problems” solution. ITLC acknowledges that different strategies are always being tried, that some will provide the tools for increasing some student performance, and that all students (and staff) are individuals needing different strategies at different times. ITLC helps school leaders learn about best-practices resources; how to analyze data on best practices; how to move organizations to utilize best practices that deserve attention; how to measure effects of best practices; and then how to constantly seek evolving best practices.
