Learner-Centered Leadership for Language and Culturally Diverse Schools in High-Needs Urban Settings | Arizona State University

Timeframe


The initial program lasted for 18 months, and was repeated with a second cohort of participating administrators. There are 12-15 hours of required participation per month over the course of the program.

In year 4 of the program, participating school districts are assume greater autonomy for district mentoring and professional development activities, with program participants from across districts meeting twice/year for whole group workshops and institutes.
