Timeframe

The grant is a 5-year grant renewable annually. The LEAD program is continuous throughout the year. Learning cohorts begin their programs at different times throughout the year, but typically last a full-year. The number of sessions varies by cohort, but LEAD Fairfax held approximately 130 professional-development sessions in the 2004-2005 year.
