Principal Leadership Program for Rural Multicultural Schools Across Northern New Mexico (LeadNM) | University of New Mexico
Participants
There are 76 principals, assistant principals, and teacher leaders (who are responsible for administrative decisions at their rural school site) participating in the professional learning communities. There are 22 currently students enrolled in the Educational Leadership Certificate program. There are over 100 participants who attend specific, targeted trainings that meeting as determined by Directors of Instruction and principals on an as-needed basis. These targeted trainings are often done in collaboration with the Northern New Mexico Network, their project administrators and circuit riders.
