There is a Senior Program Manager, an Administrative Assistant, and a part-time researcher based at the University of New Mexico. Summer Research time is assigned to an outside evaluator who is a full-time faculty member. The project has a contract for services for two Circuit Riders, and a contract with a facilitator for the Professional Learning Communities.
