Following the practice of disaggregating student achievement data, practitioners randomly select four students in subgroups, analyze their individual student achievement data, analyze state test responses, journal and reflect findings, talk with practitioners who work and have worked with the students, and develop a prescription for next steps that are essential for increasing student proficiency.
