Building leadership capacity that increases the probability of increased ownership for student achievement and trust among diverse stakeholders are the two most significant desired program outcomes. Increased student achievement and a narrowing of the achievement gap are desired outcomes through increased alignment between curriculum-instruction-assessment are additional program priorities.
