Leadership Issues and Challenges
From our opening unit to the close of the program, NISL participants identify, analyze and address the main challenges principals face, including their own commitment of time and energy to instructional leadership, building teacher capacity, distributed instructional leadership, alignment and coherence of standards-based elements in their schools, strategic thinking, formative assessments leadfing to differentiated instruction, and building and sustaining an ethical, results-driven culture.
