Instruction
NISL faculty members in most cases have themselves been former principals and/or superintendents. Depending on the unit and the subject, we also use facilitators whose experience is in the business, military, government, and/or policy areas, as appropriate for the unit. In most cases, a faculty team of two or three members will deliver the individual units of the NISL program. NISL also provides follow-up technical assistance and on-going support for up to three years (18 days of such assistance in the delivery of the Principals Program).
