NISL faculty facilitate the Leadership Team training—the facilitators are nearly all former principals and/or superintendents. The Leadership Team members who train participants in the Principals Program include senior district officials, the superintendent (sometimes), university professors, business representatives and any principals who were part of the Leadership Team.
