Timeframe
The Leadership Team training takes 15 days (usually conducted in two to four day separated sessions) in its first phase and 10 days (conducted in two to three day sessions) in its second phase -- plus 2 two-day workshops.
Unless accelerated, the program would take about a year and a half to two years to complete. NISL starts new programs roughly six times per year in states or selected districts.
