New Leaders for New Schools

Populations Targeted

New Leaders for New Schools is designed to serve students from grades K-12 who have historically been underserved by urban public schools. These students are overwhelmingly students of color and students from low-income backgrounds. New Leaders is also designed to provide aspiring elementary, middle, and high school principals with an alternative to traditional principal preparation programs. Our program provides aspiring principals with hands-on experiential training, 3 years of support, and a national alumni network.
