New School Leadership Program (NSLP) | University of Colorado - Colorado Springs
Program Goals
The Program goal is to substantially improve how school districts develop and support leaders for high needs schools, so that these schools in turn influence student learning, parent satisfaction, and staffing stability in significant and measurable ways.
The Program seeks to create a large, skilled, and diverse pool of prospective principals with leadership expertise and experience in high needs schools; accelerate the development of expertise by beginning principals; and increase the effectiveness of current principals in high-needs schools.
