New School Leadership Program (NSLP) | University of Colorado - Colorado Springs
Activities: More Details
In Strand II, each beginning principal is assigned a personalized one-on-one expert guide who is committed to the principal’s success. This guide provides on-site coaching and direct consultation throughout the school year, providing feedback and guidance, and supporting the individual needs of the principal. A Beginning Principal’s Resource Guide, using a conceptual model of the principalship, and complimented with a range of resources across the calendar of a principal’s first year, supports the work of the principal and their expert guide.
