New School Leadership Program (NSLP) | University of Colorado - Colorado Springs

Requirements

Participation in all three strands is voluntary and selection of participants is based on an application process, using the criteria of evidence of past leadership initiatives; commitment to all requirements of the Program; and endorsement of their district supervisor. Additionally, prospective principals are nominated by their mentoring principals, using a rating scale for identifying emerging leadership characteristics.
