Principals Excellence Program | University of Kentucky and Pike County Public Schools
Instruction
Five tenure-track and clinical professors from UK and 13 administrative practitioners from Pike County assisted with program implementation (e.g., designing instructional activities, facilitating cohort meetings, working with cohort members in the field,). The group included principals, selected by the superintendent, who served as mentors to guide PEP participants in conducting disciplined inquiry projects in selected elementary and secondary Pike County schools.
