Participants
To date 326 principals, 56 superintendents, and 40 assistant or associate superintendents have graduated from SLEI. The program targets principals at all levels. Participant must have completed the Principal Induction Program (PIP). Most participants have at least five years of administrative experience at the time they begin the program. Each year three new cohorts are started with approximately 25 students per cohort. At any given time there are approximately 75 principals in year-one of SLEI and 75 principals in year-two of the program.
