Strategies for Student Success
Improving school leadership is second only to improving classroom instruction in positively impacting the performance of a school; improving school leadership is quite often the stepping-stone to improving classroom instruction. SLEI's strategy is to impact the quality of school leaders by building competent, confident, and caring leaders. SLEI administrators feel this strategy will significantly improve school leadership and management and in turn improve teaching, learning and student success statewide.
