Introduction
The SREB Leadership Curriculum Module Training provides a cutting-edge resource for state academies, university preparation programs and school-based professional development or improvement teams. The framework for the curriculum is a set of 13 critical success factors for school leaders leading change. Each module makes explicit the knowledge and skills leaders must learn and apply to improve school and classroom practices and increase student achievement. The curriculum provides activities and resources to engage leaders and school leadership teams in solving real school problems.
