Program Evaluation

Dr. Margaret Rice, Associate Professor of Educational Administration at The University of Alabama conducts the comprehensive evaluation of this program.

Test scores, attendance data, graduate rates, and data concerning any reforms instituted by or in which the Tuscaloosa City School Leadership Program graduates have been involved has been requested from the schools in which the graduates are employed. Much of this data will be available from the school report cards. The data will be collected for the year prior to the employment of the School Leadership Program graduates and for each year in which the graduates have been employed.
