Program Goals

The School Leadership Program goals are to identify and train individuals for principalship positions who are underrepresented at specific grade level structures (Elementary, Middle, and Secondary) in order to increase the pool of qualified persons for jobs at these levels and establish a structure that will allow employers to be knowledgeable of graduates of this program and committed to providing job opportunities for the graduates.
