School Leadership Program | Tuscaloosa City School System & University of Alabama - Tuscaloosa

History


The program was established in 2003, originated through collaborative discussion between the University of Alabama and the Tuscaloosa City Schools in an effort to develop school leaders in the Tuscaloosa City School District, which serves more than 10,000 pupils and employs more than 500 teachers, and more than 30 administrators. Twenty participants have received their administrative certification through this program. Six have been placed in administrative positions.
