Introduction
Tuscaloosa’s School Leadership Program recruits, trains, and mentors individuals to acquire necessary knowledge and skills to acquire principalship or assistant principalship positions in the district. The program targets district schools that are especially high-need. Carefully selecting highly qualified participants for this three-year grant, which provides a solid foundation for the school leadership program, will increase the pool of qualified administrators.
