Mission Statement

The mission of the Tuscaloosa City Schools Leadership Program is to raise the level of administrative performance among school-district personnel, through diverse methods, to ensure that successful participants are reflective decision-makers who have the capacity to understand the legal, ethical, fiscal, curricular, instructional, and stakeholder challenges in the public school system.
