Program Goals

The overall program goal is to develop effective leaders for high performing schools. This is done by creating relevant and challenging meeting time that focuses on leadership conversation and simulation experiences and a cohort in each district that becomes a network of support for the participants; and requiring high standards for admission through a rigorous selection process.
