Instruction

The primary instructor is Dr. Gus Jacob, who has 20 years of principal experience and is now at the University of Missouri – Kansas City as a clinical professor in the division of Urban Leadership and Policy Studies. In addition to Dr. Jacob, the administrators in the participating districts who have the responsibility of supervising principals participate in the planning and facilitating of activities in the meetings.
