Continuing Program Approval for School Leadership Programs | Virginia Department of Education
Program Description
To assist colleges and universities in preparing school leaders, and in accordance with recommendations from the Commission to Review, Study, and Reform Educational Leadership, an advisory council consisting of members from the Virginia Professors of Educational Leadership and other concerned stakeholders will convene to develop a data-driven means by which programs can assure that they are appropriately preparing school leaders to be highly effective in the field.Virginia Standard(s) Addressed
